What's in it for you:

The Senior Manager, Magenta Operations and Enablement offers the opportunity to lead and shape the operating model for Magenta’s digital user experience organization while owning the execution effectiveness of the Magenta Center of Excellence for Digital User Experience. In this role, you will ensure alignment of processes, priorities, tools, governance, and software oversight to support business growth and strategic objectives. You will partner closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams across digital product, UX/UI, engineering, procurement, finance, and the business, influencing how digital initiatives are prioritized, governed, planned, and executed. This position has direct impact on team effectiveness, execution consistency, stakeholder confidence, and operational scalability, while also driving meaningful organizational improvement through stronger governance, workflows, documentation standards, and adoption of better ways of working across Magenta’s digital portfolio.

What you will do:

  • Lead operational execution and continuous improvement for the Magenta organization, establishing governance, planning, workflow, and team effectiveness practices that support consistent execution across digital initiatives
  • Own and evolve the Magenta operating model, including intake, prioritization, planning cadence, governance routines, documentation standards, and cross-functional ways of working
  • Establish and maintain portfolio operations practices that improve visibility into priorities, work in progress, dependencies, risks, team capacity, and overall portfolio health
  • Create clarity and consistency in how work is initiated, planned, tracked, reviewed, and handed off across Digital Product, UX/UI Design, HVAC.com, RHVAC website software development, and related teams
  • Drive adoption of tools, standards, templates, and ways of working across the organization to ensure operational improvements are implemented, reinforced, and sustained over time
  • Partner with the General Manager and functional leaders to align priorities, software oversight, and operational support to the highest-value business and digital initiatives
  • Improve team effectiveness by identifying operational gaps, removing friction, clarifying responsibilities, and strengthening coordination across functions, teams, and stakeholders
  • Track and report operational metrics, portfolio health, adoption indicators, expenses, software usage, capacity trends, and execution risks to support leadership visibility and decision-making
  • Oversee procurement and renewals for Magenta software and services, including coordination with vendors and internal partners
  • Manage software and services budgets, spending visibility, and cost alignment to support financial discipline and operational planning
  • Champion effective use of collaboration, workflow, and documentation tools, including Wrike, Jira, Confluence, and Figma
  • Support leadership planning and portfolio reviews by preparing updates, dashboards, communications, and decision-support materials for stakeholders and senior leaders
  • Develop and maintain systems that improve visibility into team impact, operational performance, delivery progress, and organizational effectiveness
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen governance, execution consistency, documentation quality, review cadences, and cross-team coordination
  • Support awareness and adoption of Magenta’s capabilities, initiatives, and business value through structured communications, internal engagement mechanisms, and recurring operational touchpoints
  • Own the biannual stakeholder survey process, including administration, analysis, synthesis of insights, and action planning to improve stakeholder experience and organizational performance
  • Ensure project documentation, trackers, meeting outputs, and action items are maintained consistently to support efficient execution and accountability
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, operational discipline, continuous learning, and practical adoption of improved ways of working across the Magenta organization

What you will bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in operations, program operations, business operations, portfolio operations, or cross-functional team leadership, preferably in digital product, technology, UX/UI, or related environments
  • Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and improving operating models, governance structures, planning cadences, and workflow standards across matrixed teams
  • Proven ability to drive operational consistency and adoption of new processes, tools, templates, and ways of working across cross-functional organizations
  • Strong experience supporting or enabling digital product development, UX/UI workflows, website delivery, and digital platform execution
  • Demonstrated success improving team effectiveness, execution discipline, and cross-functional coordination in environments with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and competing priorities
  • Experience with portfolio operations, including visibility into priorities, work in progress, resource capacity, risks, dependencies, and operational performance
  • Experience establishing or improving intake processes, prioritization methods, governance routines, and documentation standards
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate operational insights into practical improvements and sustained behavior change
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, including the ability to prepare leadership-level updates, dashboards, and operational recommendations
  • Experience managing or coordinating software tools, services, renewals, vendor relationships, budgets, or operational spend preferred
  • Proficiency with collaboration and workflow tools such as Wrike, Jira, Confluence, and Figma
  • Ability to influence across functions and levels in a highly collaborative, matrixed organization through clarity, follow-through, and sound judgment
