QualificationsKey Responsibilities (Varies by Role) Landscape Design: Create landscape designs, layouts, and planting plans (2D/3D as applicable) Develop design concepts, material selections, and project budgets Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure design intent is executed accurately Revise plans based on client feedback and site conditions Sales & Account Management: Build and manage relationships with residential and commercial clients Conduct site visits and develop landscape proposals and estimates Drive new business and revenue growth through prospecting and referrals Manage pipeline, follow-ups, and closing of sales opportunities Operations & Management: Oversee landscape operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and profitability Lead and develop teams through scheduling, coaching, and performance management Coordinate across departments to ensure seamless project execution Monitor budgets, labor planning, and operational KPIs Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction and service deliver   Qualifications 2+ years of experience in landscape design, sales, account management, or operations leadership Proficiency in landscape design software (e.g., CAD, SketchUp, or similar) preferred for design roles Strong knowledge of plants, materials, and landscape construction practices Proven ability to manage client relationships and/or lead teams Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Valid driver’s license required Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary + commission/bonus opportunities (role-dependent) Clear path for career advancement across design, sales, and leadership tracks Employee discounts and company perks Stable, growing company with long-term career potential Why Join Homestead Gardens?
