What You'll Be Doing

  • Safely operate yard loaders and other mobile equipment to move, load, and stockpile materials.

  • Perform pre-operational inspections and routine equipment checks to ensure safe, reliable performance.

  • Load customer trucks and maintain accurate material handling practices.

  • Monitor material inventory levels and maintain organized stockpile areas.

  • Follow all safety, environmental, and operational procedures while supporting plant production goals.

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States and comply with all company policies and safety requirements.

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

Physical Demands

  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, bend, kneel, and reach throughout the workday.

  • Ability to safely enter, operate, and exit heavy mobile equipment multiple times per shift.

  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and equipment within established safety guidelines.

  • Ability to maintain situational awareness and respond effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.

  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and work safely in varying outdoor and industrial conditions.
