We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Human Resources Partner to assist our HR Director in various areas such as onboarding, talent acquisition, payroll, benefits and employee experience. 

 

What you’ll be doing:

You will partner with the Human Resources Director with the goal of empowering people and the community to be our best. We are looking for someone with a passion for HR and the desire to engage in the success of our dynamic environment.

  • Manage talent acquisition tasks including pre-employment checks, extending offers, and conducting new hire orientations. Ensure new hires feel welcome, fully informed, and supported in adapting to the community’s culture through clear and timely communication. 
  • Increase employee retention by organizing and promoting engagement activities, monitoring participation, and identifying improvement trends. Work closely with the HR Director to address trends and share insights with community leaders.
  • Support employee relations by investigating concerns related to work conditions, assisting with conflict resolution, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.
  • Manage Workers’ Compensation claims and oversee required OSHA reporting to maintain a safe workplace.
  • Oversee HR administrative tasks, maintaining accurate HRIS records, tracking status changes, and ensuring timely processing of leaves and regulatory documentation.
  • Collect, analyze, and manage data entry for reports on key HR initiatives and opportunities for improvement.
  • Act as the benefits expert, assisting employees with enrollment, explaining benefits, and resolving any issues. Promote awareness of safety protocols by serving on the safety committee and supporting open enrollment initiatives.

About you:

The ideal candidate will have a desire to be helpful, possess a proactive approach to issues, display strong emotional intelligence, be a self-starter, provide great customer service to staff and managers, have the ability to remain calm and collected under pressure and be respectful and professional at all times.

  • Three (3) years prior work experience in human resources preferred. Experience in healthcare, hospitality, senior living or a related field is a plus.
  • Adept at prioritizing and managing concurrent responsibilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Advanced computer skills; Experience with iCIMS and/or Workday is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of employment law.
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certifications are preferred (expected that upon hire you will work toward a professional certification)

Annual Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 / annually DOE

Schedule: 9:00 – 5:30pm – On-Site 5 days per week.
