Ag Processing Inc (AGP) is seeking motivated individuals who want to build a future in a stable, essential industry. No experience is required — we provide the training. What matters most is reliability, initiative, and a willingness to learn.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Compliance with all safety procedures.

  • Operate the dryer to ensure proper bean moisture control

  • Provide routine cleaning of the grain dryer and surrounding areas

  • Cleans and maintains equipment.

  • Moves materials from storage or work site to designated area, using hand truck, forklift, pallet jack, or other device.

  • Maintains inventory, records, and location of equipment and materials moved.

  • Performs other duties as assigned by management.

  • Follow all company safety policies, food safety requirements (if applicable), and environmental regulations.

  • Work collaboratively with team members and communicate production issues to supervisors.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

  • At least 18 years old

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Ability to safely operate material handling equipment (training provided)

  • Ability to:

    • Carry 50 pounds

    • Lift up to 65 pounds

    • Push/pull up to 120 pounds

Work Environment

This is a hands-on industrial position. Candidates should be comfortable:

  • Working outdoors in all weather conditions

  • Working around grain dust and industrial equipment

  • Climbing ladders and stairs up to 120 feet high

  • Working rotating 12-hour shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Typical schedule:

  • Rotating swing shifts (8a–8p / 8p–8a)

  • Multiple consecutive workdays followed by multiple days off
