General Summary/Responsibilities: The Systems Analyst supports and analyzes Fidelity’s IT Systems, including PC workstations, laptops, servers, peripherals, software and telephones. Also provides support of communications on WAN/LAN as well as remote connectivity. He/She provides project support as required
DIMENSIONS:
·        Support of IT Systems including all hardware and software
·        Analyzes current hardware and software to make recommendations
·        Participates in identifying, planning and deploying Fidelity’s IT needs
·        Provides IT support for daily operations

§ Knowledge of a Windows based network including active directory along with Microsoft and other software products.
§ Good analytical and problem solving skills are essential
§ Strong training and customer service skills.
§ Ability to work independently
