Overview

WiSC Enterprises is seeking a highly skilled and mission-focused Intelligence Program Analyst, Consulting to support Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence Community (IC), and Federal mission partners in advancing strategic intelligence initiatives, operational analysis, and mission capability development.

This role provides technical and programmatic advisory support across intelligence disciplines including Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT), Foreign Materiel Exploitation (FME), and all-source intelligence operations. The Intelligence Program Analyst will collaborate with senior government leadership, operational stakeholders, engineers, and analysts to support mission planning, strategic initiatives, organizational effectiveness, and national security priorities.

This is a full-time position supporting onsite, hybrid, or customer-location environments based on program requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic advisory and analytical support for intelligence programs, mission operations, and capability development initiatives
  • Support cross-functional collaboration among DoD, IC, and mission partner organizations to enhance operational coordination and mission effectiveness
  • Analyze intelligence program requirements, operational processes, and organizational capabilities to support informed decision-making
  • Assist with development and execution of analytic, operational, investment, and modernization strategies aligned to mission objectives
  • Support senior leadership with policy analysis, strategic planning, and operational assessments
  • Develop and present executive-level briefings, technical reports, white papers, and mission analyses
  • Conduct research and analysis related to intelligence methodologies, collection strategies, and emerging threat environments
  • Support resource planning, capability prioritization, and mission readiness initiatives
  • Collaborate with technical and operational teams to identify process improvements, operational efficiencies, and mission support solutions
  • Support intelligence modernization initiatives involving data analytics, digital transformation, AI/ML-enabled systems, and advanced mission technologies
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement across government, military, and intelligence organizations
  • Support proposal development, capture activities, and technical solutioning efforts as required

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence Studies, Political Science, International Relations, Engineering, Computer Science, Public Policy, National Security Studies, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience supporting DoD, IC, or Federal intelligence programs
  • Experience providing technical, operational, or strategic advisory support to government organizations
  • Familiarity with intelligence disciplines including GEOINT, MASINT, SIGINT, OSINT, or all-source intelligence operations
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience developing executive briefings, reports, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership
  • Knowledge of intelligence community processes, mission planning, and operational support activities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in dynamic mission environments
  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility required

Desired Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in a related discipline
  • Experience supporting organizations such as NASIC, DIA, NGA, NSA, or other IC agencies
  • Familiarity with defense acquisition processes, intelligence modernization initiatives, or mission capability development programs
  • Experience supporting strategic planning, organizational transformation, or operational analysis efforts
  • Knowledge of advanced analytics, AI/ML technologies, or data-driven intelligence platforms
  • Experience supporting executive leadership and senior government stakeholders
  • Relevant certifications such as:
    • PMP
    • Security+
    • Certified Threat Intelligence Analyst (CTIA)
    • SAFe Agilist
    • Lean Six Sigma
  • Experience supporting proposal efforts, capture management, or business development activities
