Overview

WiSC Enterprises is seeking a highly analytical and mission-focused Intelligence Program Analyst to support Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence Community (IC), and Federal mission partners in advancing intelligence operations, strategic initiatives, and mission capability development.

This role provides technical analysis and advisory support across critical intelligence disciplines including Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT), Foreign Materiel Exploitation (FME), and all-source intelligence operations. The Intelligence Program Analyst will support operational planning, cross-organizational collaboration, strategic analysis, and mission modernization initiatives aligned with national defense priorities.

The successful candidate will work closely with government stakeholders, analysts, engineers, and operational teams to support intelligence mission execution and organizational objectives in dynamic national security environments.

Responsibilities

  • Provide analytical and advisory support for intelligence programs, operational initiatives, and mission capability development efforts
  • Collaborate across DoD, IC, and mission partner organizations to enhance operational coordination, mission integration, and strategic alignment
  • Support intelligence activities related to GEOINT, MASINT, FME, cyber, air, missile, and space threat analysis
  • Conduct research, operational analysis, and strategic assessments supporting mission planning and decision-making
  • Assist with identifying, developing, and executing analytic, process improvement, and modernization strategies to enhance mission effectiveness
  • Support cross-organizational operational activities informing resource allocation, strategic planning, and mission priorities
  • Develop executive-level briefings, reports, white papers, and analytical products for senior leadership and mission stakeholders
  • Analyze intelligence methodologies, operational processes, mission requirements, and organizational capabilities
  • Support operational readiness initiatives, intelligence modernization efforts, and technology integration activities
  • Coordinate with engineers, analysts, scientists, and operational personnel to support mission execution and capability development
  • Provide recommendations supporting policy implementation, organizational initiatives, and long-range mission objectives

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence Studies, National Security Studies, International Relations, Political Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related discipline
  • 6+ years of experience supporting DoD, IC, or Federal intelligence programs
  • Experience providing analytical or advisory support within intelligence or national security environments
  • Familiarity with intelligence disciplines including GEOINT, MASINT, SIGINT, OSINT, or all-source intelligence analysis
  • Strong analytical, organizational, research, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience developing executive briefings, analytical reports, and strategic recommendations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information to senior personnel
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced mission environments
  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility required

Desired Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in a related technical, intelligence, or national security discipline
  • Experience supporting organizations such as NASIC, DIA, NGA, NSA, or other Intelligence Community agencies
  • Familiarity with intelligence modernization initiatives, operational analysis, or mission systems integration efforts
  • Experience supporting defense acquisition, capability development, or strategic planning activities
  • Knowledge of advanced analytics, AI/ML-enabled intelligence platforms, or data-driven mission support tools
  • Experience supporting senior government leadership and executive stakeholders
  • Relevant certifications such as:
    • PMP
    • Security+
    • Certified Threat Intelligence Analyst (CTIA)
    • SAFe Agilist
    • Lean Six Sigma
  • Experience supporting proposal development, capture activities, or business development initiatives
