ROLE SUMMARY
 
We are looking for a detail-oriented Claims Coordinator to join our Claims department. This is an entry-level role with a structured development plan and a clear pathway to full-time employment. No prior claims experience is required we are looking for someone organized, reliable, and eager to grow within the claims function.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 
• Maintain the TPA action item tracker deadlines, owners, escalation thresholds, and status updates in real time
• Support biweekly TPA calls logging outcomes and sending agendas in advance
• Produce monthly claims trend reports covering frequency, severity, reserve movement, and open action items
• Flag reserve changes over threshold
