Requirements

 

Requirements

  • Previous customer service/ inside sales experience required (3-5 years preferred)
  • Experience in the rebar fabrication, concrete construction supply industry is a plus
  • Experience with some International and Cananda is a plus
  • Experience with international and Canadian customs documentation a plus 
  • Document, track, and resolve customer interactions across multiple systems (including ERP and CRM) with accuracy and speed 
  • Previous experience with Epicor and Hubspot are a plus
