Your Success is Our Success!

Requirements

Previous customer service/ inside sales experience required (3-5 years preferred)
Experience in the rebar fabrication, concrete construction supply industry is a plus
Experience with some International and Cananda is a plus
Experience with international and Canadian customs documentation a plus
Document, track, and resolve customer interactions across multiple systems (including ERP and CRM) with accuracy and speed
Previous experience with Epicor and Hubspot are a plus
