Position Summary
•    Develops, leads and directs the strategic vision, growth and development in collaboration with key physicians and executive leaders.
•    Develop a system approach to the entire market for the service line.Â
•    Drives access and volume growth.
•    Participates in service distribution and strategic business development for the SL system wide.
•    Evaluate and drive decision making for new products, technologies, and services that differentiate Premier.
•    Strengthen physician engagement and alignment through relationship building.
•    Leads and promotes a differentiated care experience across the entire continuum. Â
•    Service Line key responsibilities: growth, strategy, new product identification, business development, differentiation in the market,            marketing and positioning, and physician alignment.
•    Strong Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and self-awareness to deal with physician conflict and build consensus.
General Summary/Responsibilities:
•    Brings physicians, operational leaders and other key stakeholders together to establish the strategic vision, growth and development of the    Service Line.  Â
•    Establishes service line strategies based on market, consumer, and physician needs.  Â
•    Develops, collaborates and facilitates the plans to ensure a coordinated, holistic care experience is provided to patients across the            continuum – consistently.
•    Identifies and creates the standards, performance metrics & incentives for governing the growth & development of the service line. Â
•    Is accountable for the market growth and performance of the service line. Â
Education
Minimum Level of Education Required: Master's degree                                              Â

Experience
Minimum Level of Experience Required:Â 10+Â Â years of job related experience
Prior job title or occupational experience:Â Minimum of seven years of progressive healthcare leadership experience including financial analytics, planning, organizational cultural change, and strategy/business development.
Prior specific functional responsibilities:Â Two years of strategic planning experience and proven success within a multi-hospital or multi-site system.
Preferred experience:Â Prior experience in the assigned service lines preferred.
