We’re looking for an experienced Drain Technician to join our growing commercial service team. In this role, you’ll diagnose and resolve drain issues, perform minor plumbing repairs, and provide exceptional service to commercial customers throughout the region. If you’re someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working with specialized equipment, and finding the right solution—not just the quickest one—we’d love to hear from you.  What You’ll Do As a Drain Technician, you’ll work directly with commercial customers to identify and resolve drain and plumbing issues while delivering a high level of professionalism and customer service. Your responsibilities will include: Diagnose and clear drain blockages in commercial facilities. Operate drain cleaning equipment, sewer cameras, jetters, and other specialized tools. Perform minor plumbing repairs as needed. Communicate findings and recommended solutions with customers. Complete detailed service reports and documentation. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked service vehicle. Collaborate with dispatch and the service team to ensure efficient scheduling and customer satisfaction. Participate in an on-call rotation. Follow all company safety procedures and industry best practices.  What We’re Looking For We’re looking for technicians who are dependable, mechanically inclined, and enjoy solving problems in the field. Qualifications include: 3+ years of plumbing or drain service experience. Experience troubleshooting commercial drain systems. Ability to operate drain cleaning and diagnostic equipment. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to read and understand blueprints, technical drawings, and written instructions. Basic plumbing hand tools. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. State plumbing apprenticeship completion is a plus but not required.
