What You’ll Do

  • Complete high-quality home repair and maintenance projects
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of Tru-Pro® technicians
  • Maintain TruBlue’s standards for professionalism, reliability, and customer service
  • Communicate effectively with customers and manage expectations on-site
  • Ensure safety, precision, and consistency on every job

Typical projects include:

  • Kitchen and bathroom improvements
  • Drywall repair and patchwork
  • Flooring installation and repairs
  • General carpentry tasks
  • Interior and exterior painting
  • Basic plumbing and electrical work (within scope)

Who You Are

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in home repair or construction
  • Prior experience leading or mentoring technicians preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Committed to quality workmanship and supporting both team and clients
  • Valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, and a complete set of tools
  • Fluent in English and authorized to work in the United States
