Responsibilities
How will you make an impact?

ResponsibilitiesÂ
Â
- Responsible to management for the coordination of the overall operation within an assigned functional areaÂ
- Ensure adequate operational coverage; responsible for scheduling and manpower utilizationÂ
- Maintain a safe, dependable and consistent operationÂ
- Conduct Agent observationsÂ
- Schedule and administer local training including new hire trainingÂ
- Maintain supplies and inventory control logsÂ
- Prepare customer correspondence, investigate discrepancies and compile statistical data for reportsÂ
- Complete administrative dutiesÂ
- Perform Station Agent work within the ramp service operation, as requiredÂ
- Load and unload baggage and cargo on and off aircraftÂ
- Transport items between terminals, aircraft and the bag room using belt-loaders, tugs, carts and other equipmentÂ
- Marshal aircraft which requires working closely with teammates to ensure a safe pathÂ
- Clean and service cabin interiors, including seatback pockets, cushions, tray tables, overhead bins, cockpit, galley, and the lavatoryÂ
- De-ice aircraft which requires using equipment to apply chemicals/compounds, if applicableÂ
- Organize work groups and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentÂ

Requirements
- Minimum Age: 18 Â
- High school diploma, GED, or international equivalentÂ
- Possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended REAL ID-compliant, state driver’s license; or otherwise maintain all necessary authority and identification to travel for business needs as required; some license restrictions may prohibit a candidate from being considered for this role.
- Ability to work rotating shifts including nights, holidays, weekends, days off, and be able to report to work on a regular and timely basis
- Flexible to work additional hours beyond the regular shift, on short notice, and as needed due to operational necessity  
- Must be able to perform all duties in various weather conditions and time constraints Â
- Must be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags and other items weighing up to 75 lbs. Â
- Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writingÂ
- Ability to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English languageÂ
- Possess the legal right to work in the United States Â
- A minimum of one year of customer service experience preferredÂ
- Previous experience in a team-lead capacity preferredÂ
- Organization and interpersonal skills are necessaryÂ
- Above-average qualities of leadership, initiative, and judgment are essential
- Administrative background preferredÂ
- Above average attendance preferredÂ
- Some locations may desire previous airline experience including working knowledge of an airline’s ticketing system and/or ramp operations
