Responsibilities & Requirements
Job Summary The Nuclear Pharmacist for the Nuclear Medicine/ PET department is responsible for oversight of all compounding, quality assurance testing and the manufacturing and distribution of radiopharmaceuticals used in both PET and conventional nuclear medicine. This individual will also assist in development of protocols for Food & Drug Administration approval, to include ANDA, INDA’s.   Job Requirements Minimum EducationThis individual is required to have a Master’s degree in nuclear pharmacy as a minimum. A Ph.D. in nuclear pharmacy or related field is preferred. Required Licenses[United States Minor Outlying Islands] Pharmacist, NuclearOhio license to practice pharmacy (Registered Pharmacist). Minimum Work ExperienceMinimum of 1 year experience as a nuclear pharmacist with experience in PET radiopharmaceutical production preferred. Preferred Qualifications
candidate must be PharmD with radiopharmacy certification. Preferred experience in hospital or commercial radiopharmacy with a strong background in USP and FDA regulatory compliance
