Help us take better care of our residents and keep the office running smoothly.

We are seeking a highly organized, dependable and service-oriented person with great communication skills to help support our residents, maintenance team, and office operations.

This is a full-time, in-person role, based out of our office (not on property). You will help answer calls, coordinate maintenance requests, keep records updated, and make sure important details do not fall through the cracks.

We are looking for someone who enjoys helping people, likes staying organized, and takes pride in following through.
 

What You’ll Do
Most of your day will involve resident communication, maintenance coordination, and office administration. 

You will:
  • Answer incoming calls and help callers get to the right solution
  • Respond to emails and text messages from residents, prospects, and others
  • Help resolve basic resident questions and concerns, and escalate issues when needed
  • Create, triage, assign, and follow up on work orders
  • Keep residents updated on maintenance requests and follow up with residents after maintenance work is completed
  • Send resident notices, announcements, surveys, and lease renewal reminders
  • Track utility bills, vacant unit utilities, and resident insurance records
  • Pick up and distribute mail
  • Record resident checks and make bank deposits
  • Manage key logs, key boxes, office supplies, and basic office records
  • Use tools such as AppFolio, Dialpad, spreadsheets, and shared task lists to keep communication and records organized.
