Responsibilities & Requirements

Responsibilities

• Responsible for cleaning operating rooms, assisting in moving and positioning patients, transporting patients as needed, running errands as needed, acquiring supplies and equipment for surgical cases and cleaning and stocking as assigned.
• Full time year round position

Qualifications

Applicants Must Have:

• High school diploma or equivalent. 

Preferred Qualifications

• Cleaning procedure rooms & room turnover
• Assist in moving & positioning patients
• Perform appointment reminders to out-patients (via phone)
• Provide support in pre/post to patients
• Stocking equipment & supplies
• Clerical tasks (taking meeting minutes, office supply inventory, answering phones, making charts, filing…)
• Accomplishes tasks that are delegated under advisement of an RN
• Transport of patients *must have physical ability to push beds & carts independently
