Description

 Job Summary:

Responsible for jackpot payouts and complete minor slot machine maintenance. The Slot Floor persons walk the casino floor, making themselves available to assist customers and provide friendly, courteous service always.


  

Qualifications: 

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations.

Requirements

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet guests in a friendly and cheerful manner

• Answer guest questions about the casino

• Process and payout jackpots

• Promote the Player’s Club

• Oversee casino floor promotional activities

• Complete minor slot machine maintenance

• Ability to perform in the cage and the Player’s Club

• Other related duties as assigned.



Requirements:

Nevada Gaming Control Board registration and Alcohol Awareness Card required.


Work Environment and ADA Requirements:

Must have the ability to repeatedly lift and carry up to fifty (50) pounds. Must be able to lift drop boxes up to standard counter height. Must have the mobility to easily move about the casino area and be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Must be comfortable working in a small, confined space with the same people for entire shift. Can reach, grasp, bend, squat, and push/pull heavy carts. Must be comfortable working in a noisy, smoky casino environment.
