HVAC Service Technician

Position: HVAC Service Technician

Reports to: Service Manager

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Union

The M.E.S. Service Tech description is based upon the following skills and conditions:

• Heating service up to 2,000,000 BTU input on boilers and burners
• Air conditioning service and repair on systems up to 50 tons
• Refrigeration service and repair on systems up to 50 tons
• Preventative maintenance on systems listed above
• Minimum of 5-years related experience
• Valid and insurable driving record
• Pre-employment drug screening and background check • Customer focused
• Must have personality and interact well with people

Position includes paid vacation, holiday pay, and all union benefits.

Additional Proficiency Qualifications:  

Valid Driver’s License

Candidates must also complete a satisfactory behavioral profile assessment, drug screen and a satisfactory background check.
