Commercial HVAC Service Technician

Commercial HVAC Service Technician- $26-$45/hour w/ up to $3k sign-on bonus

Air Force One is looking for an experienced Commercial Service Technician with 4+ years of experience. The HVAC Service Technician performs maintenance and service repairs on refrigeration and heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems. Ability to troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance on on boiler systems, chillers, low temp refrigeration systems, rotary-screw compressors, and pneumatics air compressors and systems preferred.

• High school diploma or its equivalent
• 4+ years of commercial HVAC experience
• Universal EPA Certification required
• OSHA certification
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Clean background check

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ability to troubleshoot analog and digital signals
• Ability to use and set up a combustion analyzer
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance on the following types of HVAC systems:
  • Exhaust Fans
  • Circulating Pumps
  • Unit Heaters
  • VAV Boxes
  • Split Systems 1 thru 5 Ton 1 PH
  • Package Units 1 thru 5 Ton 1 PH
  • Systems with scroll and sealed hermetic compressors
  • Single phase & three phase motors
  • Heating systems with atmoshperic burners and induced draft motors
  • All residential type furnaces
  •  Medium temperature refrigeration systems
  • Cooling towers
  • Direct and indirect fired makeup air units
  • Built-up Air Handlers
  • Variable frequency drives
  • Ductless split systems
