About the Role

You will engage with existing customers to identify opportunities that drive retention, expansion, and continued revenue growth. You will build strong relationships with key contacts, understand customer needs, and navigate organizational structures to connect with decision-makers who can influence renewals and upsell opportunities.

Responsibilities

路 聽 聽 聽 聽Working closely with retention teams to schedule qualified appointments, to produce聽聽聽聽 real business opportunities聽

路 聽 聽 聽 聽Assist with the collection and resolution of past-due invoices.

路 聽 聽 聽 聽Learning and developing sales skills through our training and development program

路 聽 聽 聽 聽Certification and mastery around demonstrating our world class products聽

路 聽 聽 聽 聽Working towards promotion into a sales role

Requirements

路 聽 聽 聽 聽Prior lead generation or inside sales experience

路 聽 聽 聽 聽Great listener, quick thinker, and the ability to work solo and as a team

路 聽 聽 聽 聽Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

路 聽 聽 聽 聽Solid verbal and written communication skills

路 聽 聽 聽 聽Detail orientated with the ability to follow defined processes

路 聽 聽 聽 聽Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Windows and Office applications (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), Google Chrome, and LinkedIn.
