What You'll Do

  • Complete our CNC Machinist training program to expand your technical expertise.
  • Run multiple CNC machines and perform accurate measurements using calipers, micrometers, and other tools.
  • Carry out daily machine inspections, check coolant levels, and interpret blueprints to meet exact specifications.
  • Track machine time, maintain accurate part counts, and complete required documentation (scrap tags, part cards) daily.
  • Keep your workspace clean and organized through daily 5S practices.
  • Support your team lead and take on additional duties as needed.

 

What You Bring

Education & Knowledge

  • Must be High School Student
  • Ability to read and perform basic math (8th‑grade level or higher)

Skills & Abilities 

  • Comfortable working in a professional manufacturing environment with exposure to Controls, Instrumentation, Mechanical Inspection Tools, and Equipment Maintenance.
  • Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving
  • Good judgment and job knowledge
  • Basic computer & math skills
  • Clear communication
  • Ability to multitask effectively

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs as needed
