What You'll Do

Complete our CNC Machinist training program to expand your technical expertise.
Run multiple CNC machines and perform accurate measurements using calipers, micrometers, and other tools.
Carry out daily machine inspections, check coolant levels, and interpret blueprints to meet exact specifications.
Track machine time, maintain accurate part counts, and complete required documentation (scrap tags, part cards) daily.
Keep your workspace clean and organized through daily 5S practices.
Support your team lead and take on additional duties as needed.

What You Bring

Education & Knowledge

Must be High School Student
Ability to read and perform basic math (8th‑grade level or higher)

Skills & Abilities

Comfortable working in a professional manufacturing environment with exposure to Controls, Instrumentation, Mechanical Inspection Tools, and Equipment Maintenance.
Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving
Good judgment and job knowledge
Basic computer & math skills
Clear communication
Ability to multitask effectively

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs as needed
