Work Schedule:
- Hours: 12 pm - 8 pm; however, hours may be altered by management or the Board due to planned events and/or coverage.
- Days:Â Wednesday - Sunday, with weekend coverage required.

How This Position Makes an Impact:
Â
Lead & Organize:
- Hire, train, schedule, and supervise a team of staff who foster a welcoming atmosphere for residents and guests.
- Develop and maintain SOP’s for Sundry Shop, Tiki Bar, and other amenity areas.
- Management of the pool area and enforce rules and regulations within the area.
Manage Operations:
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and compliance for all amenity areas.
- Provide excellent customer service, address resident concerns, and ensure proper health and safety standards.
Drive Results:
- Handle budgeting, POS systems, and financial reporting to keep operations efficient.
- Ensure all financial transactions are recorded and reported in an accurate and timely manner.
Collaborate:
- Work closely with the Events Committee to maintain a vibrant events calendar.
- Ensure that all activities and events are posted and coordinated to be clearly communicated to the community and its residents.
Position Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, amenities, or food & beverage operations.
- 1–3 years of management or supervisory experience.
- Florida Food Manager Certification & ServSafe Certification (required).
- Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems (Clover preferred).
