What You Bring
- Active Florida Registered Architect license (required).
- Minimum 5ā7+ years of residential design experience.
- Deep mastery of Florida Building Codes and coastal regulations.
- Expert proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or advanced 3D modeling software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-end, residential projects.
