Highlights of what we expect from you

Execute the MIC (Manager-In-Charge) Success Routine and ensure responsibilities under People, Customers, and Service are completed
Ensure all Team Members complete their Shift Excellence tasks for their assigned positions
Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders
Resolve customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive customer relations
Understand posted work schedules and report to work as scheduled, on time, in uniform, and ready to begin tasks. Provide appropriate notice when unable to attend work
Use the approved timekeeping system accurately, including recording all hours worked
Provide regular feedback to the RGM on the performance of Team Members
Provide ongoing constructive and positive feedback to Team Members
Actively participate in the training and development of Team Members
Handle conflicts constructively and work with the RGM to achieve resolution
Assist with profit and loss management by following cash control and security procedures, maintaining inventory, and managing labor
Fully participate in delivering every guest a WOW experience

Are you qualified for the job?

Education: Basic math and reading skills required

Experience & Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old
Must pass background check and drug test
Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
Able to oversee and manage subordinate employees and provide direction
Able to stock shelves and coolers
Able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves, lift and carry trash containers, and place them in outdoor bins
Able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant
Able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and stoop during up to 90% of shift time
