Highlights of what we expect from you

  • Execute the MIC (Manager-In-Charge) Success Routine and ensure responsibilities under People, Customers, and Service are completed
  • Ensure all Team Members complete their Shift Excellence tasks for their assigned positions
  • Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders
  • Resolve customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive customer relations
  • Understand posted work schedules and report to work as scheduled, on time, in uniform, and ready to begin tasks. Provide appropriate notice when unable to attend work
  • Use the approved timekeeping system accurately, including recording all hours worked
  • Provide regular feedback to the RGM on the performance of Team Members
  • Provide ongoing constructive and positive feedback to Team Members
  • Actively participate in the training and development of Team Members
  • Handle conflicts constructively and work with the RGM to achieve resolution
  • Assist with profit and loss management by following cash control and security procedures, maintaining inventory, and managing labor
  • Fully participate in delivering every guest a WOW experience

Are you qualified for the job?

  • Education: Basic math and reading skills required

Experience & Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must pass background check and drug test
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
  • Able to oversee and manage subordinate employees and provide direction
  • Able to stock shelves and coolers
  • Able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves, lift and carry trash containers, and place them in outdoor bins
  • Able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant
  • Able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and stoop during up to 90% of shift time
