ICI Homes is seeking an experienced Staff Accountant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned accounting professional with a strong background in the homebuilding industry who is looking to make a meaningful impact within a growing organization.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, advanced Excel skills, and a proven track record of success in accounting and financial management within the homebuilding industry.
What We're Looking For:
✅ Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (required)
 ✅ 8+ years of progressive accounting experience
 ✅ 5-7 years of homebuilding industry experience
 ✅ Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills
 ✅ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
 ✅ Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
 ✅ Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee accounting and financial activities for an assigned division
 • Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
 • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and business planning
 • Monitor cash flow, sales, starts, and closings
 • Identify operational and financial improvement opportunities
 • Partner with Division Leadership and Corporate Accounting to achieve financial goals
 • Support internal controls, compliance, and reporting requirements
