Inside Phone Sales Rep

If you're highly communicative, results-driven, and eager to meet and exceed your goals, then you could be the newest entry-level full-time Inside Phone Sales Rep with W.B. Mason! We're hiring an outgoing and self-motivated person to strengthen client relationships and increase business revenue while earning competitive pay.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Making outbound phone calls to existing clients, learning about their business needs, informing them about new products or services, and recommending the best-fitting products to encourage sales
• Maintaining regular email communication with clients and serving as a professional representative of our company
• Leveraging active listening, strategic probing, and problem-solving techniques to ensure total customer satisfaction and foster business relationships
• Making 100 outbound phone calls per day or completing two hours of talking time
• Submitting 15 quotes per month

Ideal Candidate:

• Excellent interpersonal skills and verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to communicate over the phone
• Ability to use computers, type 40+ wpm, and learn new technology and software
• Ability to work your assigned hours and attend all trainings
• Strong organizational, time management, and task prioritization abilities
• Solid work ethic
• High school degree or equivalent
• Physical ability to lift 25 lbs. and sit for extended periods
• Phone sales experience - preferred
