What You'll Do
- Build relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Learn about customers' needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Educate clients on insurance products and coverage options.
- Follow up with leads and help develop new business opportunities.
- Conduct policy reviews and identify opportunities to better protect customers.
- Assist customers with questions, renewals, and ongoing service needs.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service throughout the customer relationship.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
What We're Looking For
- No insurance license required to apply.
- Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license upon hire.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Friendly, personable, and comfortable talking with people.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Motivated, dependable, and eager to learn.
- Positive attitude and willingness to be coached.
- Organized and able to work effectively as part of a team.
