What You'll Do
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Educate clients on insurance products and coverage options.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Follow up with leads and help develop new business opportunities.
- Review existing policies and identify opportunities to improve coverage.
- Assist customers with policy questions, renewals, and service needs.
- Provide a high level of customer service and support throughout the customer relationship.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
What We're Looking For
- Active Property & Casualty license strongly preferred.
- Unlicensed candidates may be considered if willing to obtain their license upon hire.
- Previous insurance, sales, or customer service experience is a plus.
- Friendly, professional, and dependable.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.
- Positive team player with a genuine desire to help people.
