Channel Letter Fabricator/Metal Assembler - De Pere, WI

This position is based out of our De Pere, WI facility.  

Position Summary:

As a Letter Fabricator, you’ll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects from week-to-week, so each day presents a new challenge and a new opportunity. Our most successful Fabricators have a strong mechanical aptitude, a professional work ethic, the ability to improvise and solve problems, and comfort with the challenges that each custom project brings.

Duties & Expectations:

• Fabricate, shape, weld, and assemble sign cabinets, along with wiring electrical lighting within signs
• Operate shears, brake, radial arm saw, torches, and a variety of hand tools
• Quickly troubleshoot issues on-the-spot to meet customer quality expectations
• Consistently demonstrate sound safety practices, as well as the ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Effectively manage time to ensure on-time delivery of every project

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent 
• Electrical and fabrication experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints
