Responsibilities |
Daily Operations - Pack products accurately and securely to prevent damage during handling and shipping.
- Prepare orders for shipment by verifying quantities, labels, documentation, and customer requirements.
- Assist in other departments when needed.
Quality and Accuracy - Inspect products to ensure orders meet quality standards before shipment.
- Confirm that shipments are complete and accurate before shipping.
Teamwork and Communication - Work cooperatively with shipping, packing, warehouse, and production team members to meet daily schedules.
- Support a positive, team-oriented work environment by being dependable, respectful, and willing to assist where needed.
Safety and Compliance - Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift.
