Power-Flo Technologies Syracuse is now hiring a Non-CDL Driver to make deliveries in our box trucks and flatbeds. Box truck and/or Flatbed experience required.

This is a full-time opportunity. Monday - Friday. 7:30 AM - 4 PM.

Salary Range: $16 - $19/hour

Key Responsibilities :

Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate delivery vehicle
Plan delivery route to maximize efficiency and productivity for the day
Obey all traffic laws and parking regulations
Safely and efficiently pick up and deliver orders
Perform basic warehouse work to include, removing sold parts from stock, placing received parts on shelves, processing items for shipment, receiving, driving, organizing etc.
Pull and stage orders for shipment
Organize Inventory
Maintain a clean Driver's License to operate company vehicles

Requirements :

Box truck or Flatbed experience required. No CDL required.
Current, valid, and clean NYS driver’s license (7 years' clean driving record) to operate company vehicles
Ability to work in the warehouse
Ability to obtain & maintain DOT certification
Ability to follow processes, procedures, and policies
Ability to work well both independently and on a team and be willing to learn
Ability to communicate in verbal and written from with functional English skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Forklift experience a plus

Physical Requirements :

Ability to lift 50 pounds and push or pull over 100 pounds
Ability to climb ladders
This position may require standing, stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching and/or reaching
You may be exposed to dust, loud noises, and hot and cold conditions
Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills may be required for hand tools, power tools, and other machinery
