Scope of Responsibilities: Support implementation and onboarding of specialized client programs and services. Coordinate client, partner, and internal team communications throughout the implementation and maintenance lifecycle. Maintain program configuration data, including provider, pharmacy, product, pricing, and eligibility information. Facilitate ongoing program updates and enhancements through collaboration with operational, pricing, eligibility, and system teams. Support recurring client reporting, operational reviews, and service-related meetings. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely completion of program documentation and updates. Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and enhanced client experience.

 

Job Summary: The Program Account Coordinator serves as the primary operational support resource for specialized client programs. This role coordinates implementation activities, maintains client program configurations, facilitates ongoing updates, supports reporting and client communications, and collaborates with internal departments to ensure accurate and efficient administration of client solutions. The position acts as a liaison between clients, partners, and internal teams to support successful program execution and ongoing service delivery.

  • Support implementation activities, including intake documentation, configuration reviews, and program setup requirements.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external partners regarding program administration and operational requests.
  • Manage and communicate provider, pharmacy, eligibility, and product list updates.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate pricing changes, system updates, and configuration maintenance.
  • Monitor program data and ensure required information is accurate and up to date.
  • Support the preparation and distribution of client reports and participate in recurring client meetings and operational reviews.
  • Assist with testing, validation, and quality assurance of program changes and enhancements.
  • Support the documentation of process and procedure and development of client-facing tools, reporting capabilities, and operational efficiencies.
  • Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel and Word.
  • Valid drivers license

Education:

  • Required: Minimum High School Diploma or GED
  • Preferred: AS Degree or Higher in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.

 

Experience:

  • Required: 2 years experience in Customer/Client Service
  • Preferred: 2 years experience with Health Care, Insurance and /or Account Management
  •  

Compensation:

 

$18.50 per hour.

 

The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience and education.
