Ensure exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns in a timely and professional manner. Support department leaders through coaching, training, and performance management. Monitor labor, expenses, and operational performance to achieve property goals. Help drive success in guest satisfaction, employee engagement, sales growth, property appearance, and financial performance. Serve as Manager on Duty and assume General Manager responsibilities when needed. Support hotel operations wherever necessary and perform additional duties as assigned.   Qualifications Proven leadership abilities with a strong work ethic and self-motivated attitude. Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Ability to effectively lead, motivate, and collaborate with team members at all levels. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word. Experience working with hotel property management systems (PMS). Preferred Qualifications Previous hotel management or supervisory experience. Knowledge of the Deadwood/Black Hills hospitality and tourism market. Experience with corporate, group, and leisure travel segments. Marriott brand experience is a plus. Physical & Schedule Requirements Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
