In this position...

Ford’s Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) team creates innovative solutions to make the driving experience safer, easier, and more enjoyable for our customers. The Virtual Verification and Validation team evaluates the functionality and performance of ADAS features like Intelligent Adaptive Cruise Control, Automatic Emergency Braking, Cross Traffic Alert, and Surround View Camera via Hardware in the Loop (HIL) and Vehicle in the Loop (VIL) testing. The team integrates models, hardware and software to build a virtual representation of the complete test vehicle, runs the virtual vehicle through thousands of scenarios, and identifies issues in embedded software. We are seeking professionals with a passion for bringing innovative ideas to life who can contribute to our efforts in the development and validation of new features, sensors, ECUs, models and software. This position focuses on development of ADAS feature test cases, test tools, analysis methods along with test bench architecture improvements that enable these tools and methods.
