About the Role

BlueMind Therapy LLC is seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Dearborn, MI. Responsibilities

  • Conduct behavioral assessments, including FBAs, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, and other appropriate assessments.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans.
  • Supervise, mentor, and provide training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs).
  • Analyze client data and adjust treatment plans based on progress.
  • Conduct parent training and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with BACB ethical standards and payer requirements.
  • Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.
  • Ensure the delivery of ethical, evidence-based ABA services.
Qualifications

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Active Michigan Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or eligibility to obtain licensure.
  • Experience conducting behavioral assessments and supervising RBTs.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of ABA best practices, clinical documentation, and insurance requirements.
