In this position...

Ford Motor Company is seeking a highly analytical, collaborative, and detail-oriented engineer to coordinate Internal ICE Powertrain - Thermal Systems (IPTSE) interface with Critical Concern Review Group (CCRG), and the Emission/Environmental Problem Review Committee (EPRC). In this critical role, you will ensure the correct IPTSE team is assigned to support the Critical Concern Review Group (CCRG), and the Emission/Environmental Problem Review Committee (EPRC).

You will provide problem solving support into potential vehicle safety, compliance, and emissions-related issues. Your engineering expertise, data-driven root cause analyses, and cross-functional leadership will directly influence decisions regarding Stop Ships, Field Service Actions (FSAs), and product recalls. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of engineering, regulatory policy, and corporate governance, protecting both our customers and Ford’s brand reputation.
