Overview

We're currently expanding our remote team and are looking for organized, service-driven individuals to join us as Leisure Travel Support Consultant. In this role, you'll assist clients in planning and coordinating enjoyable travel experiences by helping manage details, organize arrangements, and ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, handling logistics, and creating well-structured plans in a flexible, work-from-home environment. No prior travel industry experience is required training and ongoing support are provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with clients to understand their travel preferences, timelines, and overall goals
  • Build and organize customized trip plans tailored to client needs and budgets
  • Assist with booking and coordinating flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities
  • Serve as a main point of contact, providing updates and guidance throughout the planning process
  • Prepare and maintain travel documents such as itineraries and confirmations
  • Address questions, changes, or unexpected issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Keep accurate records of client interactions and travel details
  • Participate in onboarding and ongoing training sessions
