In this position...
This role is for a builder and an operator capable of taking complex asset lifecycle processes and driving improvements in speed, accuracy, compliance, and customer experience.Â
The Team Lead will work closely with the program's global managed service provider and other Ford Enterprise Technology teams to ensure services are executed effectively and consistently.
Â
What you'll do....
•    Track active PC assets currently in service as well as assets classified as inventory on hand.
•    Create reports out of ServiceNow and other platformsÂ
•    Process ServiceNow request tickets to fulfill PC requests, and lead daily work distribution
•    Resolve customer reported issues and mitigate escalation risk by driving issues to closure.
•    Identify and promote process improvement opportunities; optimize planning, scheduling, and delivery processes associated with PC requests and deployments.
•    Coordinate changes to PC Renewal or Global Service Desk processes to positively impact operational metrics.
•    Report monthly operations using Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
•    Coordinate security and compliance controls procedures.

You'll have....
•   Bachelor's degree in information technology, or similar.
•    3+ years of operating in a structured, fast-paced, process-driven environment (e.g., SLA-based delivery, supply chain operations, asset lifecycle, or service operations).
•    3+ years working with suppliers or service providers, including defining performance expectations and driving measurable outcomes.
•    Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills.
•    Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
•    Results-oriented, self-motivated professional with strong follow-through.
•    Strong prioritization, time management, and self-organization skills.
Even better, you may have....
•    Project management experience.
•    Basic knowledge of UAT and DEV testing environment and Business Requirements Gathering.
•    Basic knowledge of IT Asset Management processes and systems.
•    Familiarity with Incident and Request Management System tools.
•    Broad business awareness, with sensitivity to organizational and skill-team-based requirements.
•    A proven track record of delivering measurable operational outcomes in Operations, Service Management and Asset Lifecycle Management paired with strong customer service experience.

This position is a salary grade 8 and ranges from $99,100-$166,200.
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
