In this position...
- This role will be responsible for initiating high-priority strategic studies and Cycle Plan submissions to enable future product and portfolio optimization. This role requires extensive interaction with cross-functional, GM, Engineering, Studio, Marketing, Finance and other business units to lead programs through the Cycle Plan approval process

What you'll do...
- Product Strategy
- Identify strategic opportunities, analyze and evaluate available options and make recommendations to leadership
- Demonstrate thought leadership by proactively anticipating key issues and addressing them through collaborative problem solving
- Drive feature and experience creation/prioritization and incorporation; Support customer research events
- Lead business case analyses of potential strategic choices
- Present aligned PoV at leadership forums
- Cycle Plan & Lifecycle Studies
- Carry out cycle plan studies to evaluate the business and strategic compatibility of future vehicle proposals
- Proactively adjust Cycle Plan proposals to improve profitability and / or strategic effectiveness when initial proposals miss their intended goals
- Work closely with all stakeholders, including Finance and the Cycle Plan Team, to develop and submit product proposals for consideration into the Cycle Plan
You'll have...
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Business related field
- Passion for Performance Vehicles and Motorsports
- Critical thinking, effective organization and analytical acumen are required
- Passion for the customer, product, strategy, and innovation
- 7+ years of Product Planning, Product Concepting, Product Management, Marketing or Product Strategy work
- Strong Ford OS behaviors in Own it, Deliver It, Bias for Action
- Self-motivated, eager to take responsibility and deliver results with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation skills to Senior Leaders
- Experience working across cultural and organizational borders
- Creativity and storytelling skills are a plus

This position is leadership level 6 and ranges from $112,680-212,760.  Â
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
