The Levy Group of Companies is seeking a Security Guard to work out of our Dearborn, MI location. The Security Guard provides security services for employees, company property, and equipment.

Pay: $18-$19 per hour

Shift: Afternoons 3pm-11:30pm

Responsibilities

The Security Guard will:

Verifying security of building and plant operations
Responding to alarms, performing alarm panel functions
Maintaining written security logs
Completing incident reports
Reporting security issues to Director of Security

Qualifications/Skills

The ideal candidate will have

Valid driver’s license with good driving record
Prior security experience preferred
Ability to follow instructions
Ability to operate computer, tablets, cell phones and work with technology driven security solutions
Ability to assess and evaluate situations effectively
Attention to detail
Must be able to work all shifts
Must have access to reliable transportation
High School Diploma
Ability to sit, stand, walk for extended periods and lift 25 pounds
