As a Human Resources Intern at Cleveland-Cliffs, the projects assigned will vary based on the intern’s education level and plant location, but will generally reflect the duties outlined below.Â

Summary of Responsibilities:Â Â
Recruitment, employment, job postings and employee transfersÂ
New employee orientation and trainingÂ
Administration of human resources policies and programsÂ
Administration of employee compensation, benefits, relocation, and immigration programsÂ
Coordination/facilitation of performance review process for client departmentsÂ
Prepare, maintain, and retrieve applicant and employee recordsÂ
Collect, analyze, and report data and informationÂ
Prepare, review, and process documents, including reports, memos, letters, spreadsheets, and presentationsÂ
Various other duties as needed to support the businessÂ
Â
Minimum Qualifications:Â
Enrollment in Bachelor of Science program in the field of in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or another business-related degreeÂ
Completion of at least sophomore year of study by the summer of 2026Â
Â
