Industrial System Transformation Supervisor

In this position... 

This is a transformation role that will work cross-functionally with the Industrial System Operations and Finance teams to effectively drive identified efficiencies and opportunities to the bottom line.  In addition, this role will work to raise the bar on our Industrial System Finance capabilities.

You will work closely with Industrial System Transformation Teams, Finance and Ford Operational Excellence (FOX) teams to coach, project manage, and create the inventory of efficiency opportunities across the Industrial System’s operating processes.  Develop and roll out Industrial System Finance Onboarding program.  Develop and roll out Industrial System Finance Talent Plan including training, developmental experiences and recruiting realignment.  Ensure the Industrial System 3-year Investment Plan connects and supports our Transformation.  Support and drive connection points to drive Finance Transformation efficiencies.
