Outside Forklift Operator - Debary, FL

Maschmeyer Concrete of Florida is currently seeking a highly motivated, dependable Forklift Operatorto join our team at our Concrete Block Production Plants in major cities throughout Florida.   

Concrete Block Forklift Operator Job Specifications include: 

• 1 year of experience operating a forklift; preferred 

• Experience operating a truck-mounted forklift (ex. Moffet); preferred 

• Ability to communicate effectively 

• Required availability: Monday – Saturday 

Forklift Operator Tasks & Responsibilities: 

• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections 

• Communicate any needed repairs, safety issues, or concerns to the management team 

• Maintain a clean and safeforklift by  

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance 

• Safely operate a forklift to efficiently transport concrete blocks around the plant 

• Ability to read tickets and pull orders with detailed accuracy 

• Properly load and unload concrete block from flatbed trucks and conveyer lines 

• Assist with daily housekeeping duties to maintain a safe environment free of debris
