Role Summary:

Looking for a dynamic Business Development Representative. Successful candidates will be experienced in integrated industrial, environmental, and equipment rental sales in the Atlanta, Georgia area to develop and implement sales efforts for the various markets served by Stallion. Plans and manages all sales efforts in accordance with established goals. 

 

Role Priorities / Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new customers for company products and services (equipment rentals & services, industrial, and environmental)
  • Develop, maintain, and manage a robust sales pipeline
  • Proactively ensure that Stallion is on RFQ/RFP list(s) 
  • Develop and maintain rapport with existing and potential customer base
  • Anticipate, understand, and manage all existing and developing customer needs
  • Communicates opportunities internally
  • Comply with short-term and long-term sales goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures
  • Lead development of proposals
  • Attend and participate in local company/industry sales and marketing events as required
  • Assist in the MSA contracting and credit assessment process
  • Adhere to individual expense (T&E) budget

 

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Able to identify, qualify and close sales opportunities
  • Able to set individual goals and drive to achieve them
  • Able to foster and adhere to cohesiveness and coordination between Corporate Sales, Field Sales, and Operations
  • Able to follow the company’s expense and reimbursement policy
  • Able to uphold the highest standards in Stallion brand compliance
  • Working knowledge of contracting and negotiating
  • Able to understand and achieve sales quota goals and revenue expectations
  • Able to initiate, develop and maintain successful customer relations efforts
  • Excellent and professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Proficient in Salesforce

 

Education or Certification required (if applicable):

  • Sales training certification or Bachelor’s degree a plus
