Decatur sits in the Tennessee Valley with direct access to I-65 — a natural hub for freight moving north and south along the Eastern corridor. We'll put you with a mentor, get you on real loads, and have you running solo when you're ready.
The Training:
- Fully paid 4–6 week program, no cost to you
- Mentor-led, live freight from the first week
- Everything covered — ELD, logbooks, inspections, customer interaction
- Weekly paycheck throughout the entire program
- Solo transition at $0.56 CPM when training is complete
Life on the Road:
- Dry van freight, no touching loads required
- Heavy drop and hook — around 60% of runs
- Consistent 2,200–2,500 miles every week
- Eastern lanes with reliable, year-round volume
- Predictable dispatch with minimal dead time
The Money:
- Starting CPM $0.56, up to $0.65 with experience
- Take-home typically lands at $1,200–$1,500 weekly
- Stops, layovers, and breakdowns paid on top
- Automatic pay review at six months
- $300 for orientation week

Home Time:
- Planned home time every two weeks — no surprises
Your Truck:
- Late-model Freightliner or Kenworth (2022–2025)

To Get Started:
- Class A CDL required, must be 21 or older
