Location & Work Arrangement
This is a hybrid position based in the Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW) area and requires regular in-office attendance.
Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to the DFW area before their start date. Relocation assistance is not provided.Â
Through September 30, 2026, employees are expected to work onsite at EWN's current headquarters in Decatur, Texas, 2 to 4 days per week as required to support training, collaboration, coaching, decision-making, and business outcomes.
EWN's headquarters will be relocating to 1301 Solana Blvd, Westlake, TX 76262, Suite 1100, with an estimated date of October 1, 2026. Employees will work onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with remote work available on Mondays and Fridays. Regular onsite participation is an essential function of this role.
About the Role
We are seeking a customer-focused and solutions-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a frontline resource for customers by responding to inquiries, troubleshooting issues, providing guidance on EWN products and services, and helping customers successfully navigate our platform.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, solving problems, learning new systems, and working in a collaborative environment. Whether you're building a customer service career or looking to expand your experience in SaaS technology and client support, you'll play an important role in delivering a positive customer experience and supporting customer success.

What You’ll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels while delivering a positive customer experience.
- Assist customers with account access, system navigation, product questions, and basic troubleshooting.
- Investigate customer issues, gather relevant information, and resolve or escalate concerns as appropriate.
- Document customer interactions, support activities, and issue resolution efforts within designated systems.
- Educate customers on available features, functionality, and resources to support successful platform usage.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and provide timely follow-up.
- Maintain accuracy while managing multiple customer requests and competing priorities.
- Identify customer needs and route opportunities or concerns to the appropriate internal teams.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by sharing feedback and identifying recurring customer issues.
What You’ll Bring
Required Skills & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least six (6) months of customer service, technical support, sales support, or other customer-facing experience.
- Experience using computers, web-based applications, Microsoft Office, or similar business systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM platform.
- Experience supporting customers in a SaaS, technology, compliance, or service-based environment.
- Previous technical support or customer support experience.
- Experience working with customers through phone, email, or ticketing systems.
- Oil, gas, energy, or SaaS industry experience.

Work Details
- Location: Hybrid office, and home office
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, various shifts between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM CT
