Position Summary

The Summer Design Consultant Intern will gain hands on experience in Luxury Kitchen & Bath design, Design Center operations, client engagement & industry focused events.

This internship is designed for a motivated student who is interested in kitchen& bath design, architecture, construction management, the remodeling and building industry.

Exposure to real projects, industry professionals & high end product lines will be offered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Design Consultants with material selections & sample organization
  • Organize & maintain sample library

Design Center Operations:

  • Ensure displays & vignettes are presentation ready
  • Support event set up & break down
  • Sit in on all Product Knowledge meetings

Administrative:

  • Observe client consultations and take notes
  • Prepare follow up summaries for Design Consultants & team use

Qualifications

  • Currently pursing a degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related field
  • Basic knowledge of design principles, space planning & color coordination
  • Strong organizational & communication skills
  • Detail oriented with the ability to multi task
  • Professional demeanor and customer service mindset
  • Ability to lift and move samples (25-30 lbs.)
