Job Summary:  

We are seeking a Member Service Advisor to assist members and potential members with their Credit Union needs, including teller transactions, setting up new accounts, account maintenance and promoting products and services. 

 

Key Responsibilities:  

- Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.

- Opening and closing accounts, and account maintenance.

- Provide excellent member service and resolve inquiries.  

- Promote products and services to meet member needs.  

- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.  

 

Qualifications:  

- High school diploma or equivalent; High School Internships also available

- Customer service experience is a plus.  

- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Schedule:
