Job Summary:Â
The Director is responsible for the daily clinic operations of DMOCC. Ability to supervise, manage, and evaluate staff. Directs in respect to the formulation of goals, policies, objectives, development and retention of human resources and standards of practices. Excellent organizational and verbal/written communication skills are required and ability to work effectively with the public in a fast paced environment. Must be able to work with others in a team oriented environment. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Operations.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities / Essential Functions
1. Supervise all clinic staff and oversee all aspects of the hiring process, onboarding, discipline, and termination with guidance from HR.
2. Coordinate and monitor daily operational and financial aspects of DMH Occ Med and communicate with Vice President of Operations as needed or requested
3. Ensure the optimum patient care is provided and possess problem solving skills
4. Creation and Implantation of departmental budgets and cost containment skills and leadership with input of the Vice President of Operations
5. Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of departmental policies and procedures
6. Empowers staff members in the decision making process
7. Ensures compliance with regulatory accrediting agencies, to include all Quality Management activities
8. Provides excellent service to all customers with a friendly approach
9. Ensures that clinic operates in the most efficient manner while delivering the highest of quality patient care.
10. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Experience Required: Graduate from an accredited Nursing Program, Active AL RN license
Education: BS degree – BSN or Business or Management Â
Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in health care with clinic background as an RN or Clinic Manager.
